- Senior Digital Consultant on account
- Assess website and analyse user feedback and traffic data
- Run content inspiration sessions for the client team
- Review the site for best practise and trends and make recommendations for improvements across all key sections
- Creative briefs for agency teams to improve site and NPS
- Implement and oversee improvements from a strategic point of view
- Write or edit copy when necessary
- Support non digital agency teams with other client related digital projects and briefs
- Deliver local digital and social campaigns for specific markets
