How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat fee of £10 for smaller items and £20 for large canvases to contribute towards shipping, insurance and packaging costs for each first item within the UK. If you order more than one item at the same time we charge an additional £2/ for small items such as small framed photos.

If you are based outside the UK please contact us on hello@yemoh.com to get a customised quote. Alternatively you can check out via PayPal as usual, but we may have to contact you for additional payment should the shipping costs be prohibitive (we try to cover shipping costs wherever we can).

Can I pick up an item in person?

Yes, you certainly can. If you purchased the item on our website we automatically add our flat fee shipping fees, but will gladly refund those should you prefer to pick up the item in person from our studio on Rochester High Street. Simply email us after placing an order and we’ll try to arrange a pickup time that’s convenient for you. Please note: we will wrap the item carefully for you, but you will be responsible for the item from the moment you pick it up.

Returns

We hope you love your order. Should you decide to return the item you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will issue a refund confirmation with packaging instructions and insurance value. You will need to pay for any packaging, shipping and insurance to return the item. Please note that we won’t issue refunds if the painting got damaged in transit upon return, so make sure to insure the value of the painting and pack the painting in the same way it was delivered to you so you can claim insurance.

Damaged orders

We take great care when packaging any artwork and insure it for transit to make sure it gets to you in one piece undamaged. Should you discover any damage upon receiving your order please notify us immediately together with photos on hello@yemoh.com – it’s important you do so within 24 hours (ideally sooner) of receiving the item since we’ll be claiming on insurance in order to refund you.

Payment methods

Our main method of taking payment is through Paypal. We can arrange alternative payment methods if Paypal doesn’t suit (such as direct bank transfer). Please contact us via hello@yemoh.com and we’ll be happy to arrange alternative payment methods for you.
